This is nice but I was really hoping for a 10mm. Don't know if I want to get into another caliber at this time but that is a fine looking firearm.

Looking forward to a comparison between this and a Model 69. Chances are, I won't be the one doing it! The M69 has caught my eye a couple times, but I haven't moved on one yet.

Looking forward to seeing some range reports.
Try as I might, just can't get too excited about a 3". Waiting for something longer.

The front sight on the GP44 looks like the one from the stainless Wiley Clapp GP. The 8 shot 357 Redhawk...

I have a 44 mag Kodiak that I really like quite a bit. It's surprisingly easy to carry IWB, and I think I have fired it every time I have been out shooting since I got it because it is just a hoot and I find mine to be quite accurate (though I hold it to a much slacker standard than say my Bisley Hunter).
It puts a big stupid grin on my face every time.
I don't think I will be lining up for a 357 version, but it could have more appeal than we (I) initially think.

Got on the list at my Dealer, can't wait. It will be a great little brother to my 6.5 Model 24!
