While the rest of the country has been snowed in, Dick Thompson has been enjoying winter in Arizona. He keeps himself busy baking sourdough bread, casting bullets, and teaching a bunch of semi-auto shooters how its done the old fashioned way! I'll let Dick take it from here... www.youtube.com/watch?v=g00w55ov1jU

Dick is one of those guys who can fool a lot of the younger guns when it comes to shooting. It's a good thing he's such a nice gentleman.

Well, thankfully the trigger finger still works but the back surgery has made an old man out of me. Even with the Turbo Crocs I have a hard time running & especially bending. This stage called for 18 rounds (2 reloads for me) with 5 of the targets being shot through the window & the 4 outside targets had to be shot from the outside. I ran this stage twice & the second one was just over 12 seconds, down 2 points. The fastest semi auto time was 16 seconds with no reloads. One guy replied that I had an edge because of my 6" barrel....his semi held 18 rounds!

Nice run there Dick! Six shot 6 inch barrel... I've seen a 6 inch N frame Model 25 but I'm thinking that is a L frame 357?

seancass, that wasn't fast, fast is when someone puts a Burrito in front of me! Stan, its an N frame 610 (10mm/40) & it has about 150,000 rounds down the barrel, 54,000 one year. 3.7 grs of WST & a 205 gr. cast RN will easily make major power factor, started with Winchester 231 & it cost me dearly.
