A rare one to be sure! Nice! Must be great to be able to manufacture what you need. Spent a few years in the IAMAW but all we did was strike!

Mr. Martin, What a terrific find. I do not see them very often...once in a while at a gun show...rarely in a shop. I bought my gun from an individual several years ago. He'd bought it at Cabela's. It's got two cylinders...the Jet cylinder is virgin. I picked up inserts at a local gun show...$10/ea. I don't know what they go for as I've only sought those six. I do shoot .22 Jet, but in my Contender. Great find! Congrats. Do you need an insert to work off of? I'd be happy to loan you one. Here's a pick of my Jet...taken before I located the inserts. Bob

I had one years ago and it was a complete PITA to shoot as the brass would almost always back out and jam against the frame fully tieing up the gun. As much as I tried to keep the chambers bone dry I still had enough problems to pass them on to someone else. Good luck with yours and let us know the results.

Good luck with yours and let us know the results. I'm probably not going to shoot this one....I bought it more as a collector piece. I have a Blackhawk I converted to 22 Jet and 218 Bee some years ago. Both work fine, but clean cases and vapor honed chambers are key on the Jet. -Lee www.singleactions.com
