Hope I'm using the right term. Is endshake the back and forth movement of the cylinder? That movement is what I have a question about, how much movement is too much? If it is deemed to move too much how does one address it on a Ruger single action platform?

Endshake is front-to-back within the frame. Factory spec is usually 0.002" or less. On our customs we hold to well under a half-thousandth. Remember, you have to have some or the cylinder won't rotate. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"
