Remember guys, ProBoards forbides the sale of firearms directly on the forum. Ridiculous policy in my opinion but that's their position. As such, please refrain from: 1) Listing guns directly for sale 2) Mentioning "for sale" in the thread title or text I'm fine with posting a link to a gun that resides elsewhere (ie, another forum or an online auction). -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Like Lee said, the hosts are not too friendly to actually posting of for sale arms so the easiest way we have found is to go to the Links section and simply post a heading such as this. "Ruger SBH Custom seen on Ruger Forum" then in the body of the post copy the link to the actual listing on the Ruger Forum or Gun Broker. The other thing is if you know someone who might be interested in your offering then contact them through the Personal Message function or email. I have done both ways here on Lee's site and it works great. We just do not want any hassles for our host. Please make sure these posts about stuff for sales elswhere are listed in the link section so everyone knows where to look. Thanks guys, Robb (not a newbie but an old fart)

Because I wasn't aware of the policy until 2 years into this forum. Plus it's free and I don't have the time or energy to move it to a "sales friendly" host. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Are all non-firearms items able to be listed as for sale?
I'm thinking holsters, but could be books, knives, or other stuff.

Where else can you go to offer a single action Ruger for sale other than the ruger forums. Since I can't access dot com that leaves me with dot net and the ordeal of the post and pictures, my oh my.............................

I've given up on dot net. Twice. It'll stick this time, I swear.
Cast Boolits allows gun sales, if y'all belong to that forum.

The only problem with cast boolits is that you can’t cross post your for sale. In other words, if you post it there and put a link to it here, that will break their rules. Ask me how I know.
