I have got to know a few members here that have been kind to me when I needed it most. You have shown me that there are still good men in this world. I have laughed at /with you, I have prayed for some and shed tears for others. For those of you who believe in the power of prayer, I could use your help. My marriage has come to an end and failure, once again, has had it's way. This is not the first but at 47 it will be my last. I will not have access to a computer for some time if ever as this will take it's toll on me financially, spiritually, emotionally and physically. Death, in any form is not pretty, even the death of a marriage. So I will be grieving at this loss. For those of you who have wives that adore you and respect you, cherish them more than your favorite custom sixgun. Thank you to all those that have been so generous to me. God bless and keep you all. -Paul-

Sorry to hear this Paul. Prayers sent. Worst case, go down to library to use their computer and check in to let us know how you're doing. Take care and hang in there!

That sucks man... but you are better off for it. There are many libraries so you can still check us out. No excuses not to post some goood sixgun stuff among friends. It's also therapuetic!
Never say never...that soul mate could be right around the corner. Just don't marry them, that's not a "rule" ya know!
I held mine off for about 8 years but she is the one and, God willing, my partner forever!

I agree with the aboves, find the nearest library. Hopefully a firearms related forum will get thru the sensors there. I cannot get sites like this at work. PaulG, hang in there buddy. Wish you were closer to share some camp time. stevemb

Thank you all so much for your thoughts and prayers because they must have worked. My wife called me at work this morning and asked if I would go to counseling with her. Said she didn't want to give up. I knew then, that my friends here had done what I asked and sent their prayers to God. There can be no other explanation because after my posting last night she left saying very hateful things. I love my wife with all my heart and I will do everything in my power to save my marriage. But I truly believe it was the power of prayer from myself and my friends that has put this "cancer" into remission! There is no infidelity involved with this situation, just very strong personality differences. Nothing in my mind that can't be resolved. I will be more absent here and at the shooting range in order to devout more time to my family (which some of you will appreciate ) But I want you all to know, in a very public way, how grateful I am to you for your concern and prayers. I hope someday I can in some way repay you for your kindness. Maybe before all is said and done I can shake your hands and give you a big bore bear hug ;D. With all heartfelt thanks and gratitude, - Paul Gunterman-
