This is one of my emails to him.
You're kind of all over the place here. First you say this. "Hi, i got the grips today. Love them. They're fantastic." Then all of a sudden you feel cheated. So you loved the grips yesterday but you don't like them today? I offered you your money back but you don't want that.
I'm a little reluctant to have any further dealings with you at all because I don't think anything I do will make you happy.
