I'd like to talk some shotgun, the only gun rag I subscribe to is the Double Gun Journal. with a name like Rigby, i'm not surprised. I used to subscribe to that, and enjoyed it quite a bit.

Posting shotgun threads under "Rifle" is fine by me.

Ok Lee, that's enough to make me happy!
Thanks!

We have a Rifles forum here already. Shotguns are (were?) routinely discussed there.

I really like *whispers conspiratorially* single shots... mostly 410s.

I kind of have a soft spot for the old Savage 22LR/410 Combo gun, but they are starting to get hard to come by

Every sixgunner ought to have one pretty coach gun: My EMF Hartford 12 gauge

Mine is an ole Rnager marked gun (some say it was made by Savage but I can find no markings to dictate this and it looks nothing like the other Savage doubles in my collection) I had chopped down (and, no, this isn't the one that belonged to my dad I would like to "restore") to get rid of a dent in the barrel that the local Gander Mountain gunsmith pout in when I handed it over the counter and he bumped it pretty hard against the edge of the counter. I had another local gunsmith (on Gander Mountain's dime no less) chop it off at 20" and he reblued and refinished and did a few other things to when I lived in Ohio that has to serve as my "really nice" coach gun
