that is a real nice gun in deed. those invoices almost make you want to cry..............did i read the Bowen inv. # 1894 correctly? it mentions stag grips?
I think my personal favorite detail is the hammer. That is a very nice catch you have there.
Congratulations, c.r.

Great color contrast. I'm normally not a fan of checkered grips on single-actions, but I really like it on your gun. -Lee www.singleactions.com

In 20 years time there have been a lot of price increases.... IMHO even if the gun is REAL UGLY in real life it sure looks nice in pictures.

Very nice! Are the V notch rear sights easy to use for precise shooting? Frank

Quality workmanship like that can never be called ugly. Too many small details on that gun just stand out. I don't usually like checkered grips on revolvers but those are pure class. The whole package is classy.
Thanks for posting the pics.

I like checking on the grips if its in nice wood and not on heavy kickers. Those are beautiful, also I am a sucker for Fleur-de-lis. That hammer is exquisite.

That's a beautiful gun. I was going to bid on it but was in the middle of another gun purchase.

That is one awesome gun. I'd ragther see those grips without that checkering on them. Wow on that hammer. I'm building a Super Vaquero in 44 Mag and I think I will do that to the hammer on it.

I never would have written up all those details for myself, but I think that is a gorgeous little sixgun - well done! ;D
And your photography is first rate. You MUST give us picture taking challenged some pointers.
