I plan to learn how to checker gun grips, mostly the stuff no one else seems to do. I know it will require patience and a good deal of suffering, but I'm determined to learn how. So far I've ordered the book by Monty Kennedy, and will likely order tooling before the end of the month. Can anyone give me advice on how to how to make it past the first setbacks?
Thanks Much

It's definitely an art form, might have ot start with something I don't care about, like the bedpost
