Outside of Freedom, WY, of course.
After going through various sources, there doesn't seem to be much of an aftermarket for these. In fact, few even seem to change the grips. Excluding the steel (I prefer blue and CCH - Wouldn't that be a nice feature?), you can get most options from the factory. Some nit-picky ones are lacking. Specifically, I think I need a bisley-esque hammer for a FA 97. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure our own Kings6 has a FA down at Alan Harton's shop for a Bisley spur addition to the hammer. If it turns out to be a workable deal, I'll do the same to mine.
There are only a handful of men willing AND able to weld on a FA hammer. I think Alan will be at the top of that very short list.
As a Texas son yourself, you need look no further than a few hours down the road. Lone Star Overnight shipped my last couple guns to Alan for less than $10. For a simple project, FedEx will rob you to ship it out of state.

Aggie is right, alan has a model 83 doen there right now to attempt a bisley hammer spur. If it goes well, it gets sent to Bob Baker at his request then we'll see what happens.

Thanks for the info guys.
Aggie - Ya gotta love that cheap in-state shipping (especially considering that the state should be multiple ones)!
Bloodhound - Nah, it's easy to wrench on perfection. There is always the distinct possibility that you'll make it worse...
Kings6 - Very cool! Please keep me/us posted.

While I have no first hand experience, I've heard Jack Huntington "works" on them.
