Fantastic! That looks like a beaut! Is the action and trigger as smooth as everyone says Gallaghers are?
Good to see one of the members here get it. You'll have to let us know how it shoots those whopper hammerheads.
I like the looks of that holster. It's crossdraw right? I'd be interested in hearing more from you about it as you test it out.

very nice. he is doing a stainless 45 colt bisley for me and i am going to be taking him a 44 mag bisley next month to fit a max cylinder and an octagon barrel. those garrett hammerheads are bad stuff. my abilene is right at working with the 330s and they ran 1354 . the abilene has a short trigger that beats my finger up with 240s loaded warm, but the 330s were not as bad to my mind.

Outstanding find!! Very classy, simple elegance. I really like the striped grain in the grips. The holster is an excellent functional match for the revolver as well. Simple but handsome and rugged. Did you get a good deal on it (just looking for a yes/fair response)??

The guy had the gun, holster and 9.5 fifty round boxes of ammo from Garrett Cartridges Inc. advertised for $1700. I do know that the ammo sells on the Garret website for $100 a box, eh what!!? (www.garrettcartridges.com) I don't know what TR charges for one of his "Tomahawk" holsters, but I doubt if they're cheap.
I, having just sold a couple of limited edition NIB Rugers had a little extra money. I offered $1500, we settled on $1600. He shipped the gun and holster FedEx overnight from Washington to Kentucky through his computer business for less than twenty bucks. The ammo is coming ground at a cost of $28.
So, total...I paid under $1650.

majorKAP- any feedback on those 44 mag hammerheads? My son shoots those in his 7.5" SBH semi-custom 44 mag and they are a hoot to shoot so to speak! VERY accurate load IMO. Spendy, but accurate!
