I wrote Starline last week and still haven't heard back. I'll give them a call this afternoon as a follow-up. Another question to this forum though. How many of you shoot the 1.40" version of the 41 Magnum? We've built three and mocked-up a dummy round in 1994. At the time we wanted a hot middle-bore and when 414 brass came out we immediately cut one to 1.40". Shelved the idea back then and went the 401 Bobcat route instead. One thing that really annoys me about the wildcat is the lack of name. So at the risk of seeming self-righteous, I may commission Starline to do a run of 25,000 pieces head-stamped "414 Martin". Not saying I was the first to think it up. Nor were we probably the first to build one when ours were completed back in 2003. That said, if no one will name the damn thing, I will. Let me know if any of you have a custom set-up for 1.40". -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Thanks. If Starline agrees it'll be expense. I'm sure they'll want a 25,000 piece commit, minimum. I'll scope it though and let you all know what I find out. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"
