If you have ever been to an ASME pressure vessel fab shop in Texas you will know exactly how they can build something like that... I have seen some slick "government work" in a number of shops there.

Well, I added a piece of flat iron to the flipped on it's side and cut in half 55 gallon oil drum grill for the trigger guard, now I just need to figure out what to use for a barrel
