Hello Gents, Been on a bit of a handgun binge this week. All Rugers, a new 4.2" Redhawk in 44MAG and a 6" Ruger Security Six in 357MAG natch. Been waiting on the 4.2" Redhawk for a while, they are hard to come by in Canada and the Security Six was a right place and the right time purchase. Most of the Security Six's that show up here are the 4" versions and you require a special license to own them (one I don't have). So on to the one that's got me really excited! My first Ruger SA . . . a 7.5" Blackhawk convertible in 45LC/45ACP and a 200th Anniversary Commemorative to boot Been looking at the Ruger SA offerings for sometime and while I love the Super Blackhawks in 44MAG never pulled the trigger. Now I've got a SA that can be loaded to hot "Ruger only" 45LC loads and fires 45ACP. Pretty pumped about this one not taking anything away from the other two. Maple grips, a jewelled hammer, original box and papers. Hope the pictures post OK

Thanks Gents, Really looking forward to it. I kinda blame the board for wanting a SA, particularly in 45LC Ever since reading the epic Ross article on Supercharging the 45LC, been on the hunt for something that fit the bill. The 45ACP ability is a bonus, will make a good partner for the 1911.
