Good supply on hand - Haven't found any stainless Single Six hammers lately though. Tried to add another Max to the supply chain today but the pawn shop that has it wanted $899.95 for a shooter grade, no box with grip frame drilled for a home made lanyard. Worked down to $700 over the phone - boss wasn't present and wouldn't talk to me, just to a young girl at the store. He had it marked as a 357 Magnum but she read off the gun "maximum" and he did some quick internet pricing. I'd say he was about right for a 98%, in the box Max, but a bit higher than I could go for a 90+ shooter. Coogs - I forget to write down the serial number - sorry! Tim

In my conversation with Dave Clements when I ordered the old model Bisley hammer and trigger last week It was his opinion that the recent stainless steel Bisley grip frames he was able get to complete a couple of projects were seconds. I received a Bisley grip frame from Brownells this week and the heel of the grip looks as if the casting didn't fill out and they just grounded it off and now the butt is not flat from front to back. Just a FYI.

Interesting. My last one from Midway looked the same way on the ears. The one that I just got from Brownells looks good.
