I was wondering if anyone has any info on repairing a Ruger Bisley 32 H&R. The cylinder will lock up on one chamber. I open the loading gate rotate cyl, and it locks up. I close the gate, wiggle cyl and cock hammer. This seems to free the cyl until I do the open rotate routine. Any Idea what is going on here?

Locking up or do you mean it binds? In my mind, locking up means the pawl or cylinder latch is involved in the situation. Is the loading gate installed properly? Is the 'gate's spring installed properly?
So, if you cock the hammer and pull the trigger to "dry fire" the .32 all is well? (Empty gun, of course.)
Careful investigation of the components involved should reveal the problem.
