I have read that the factory loads, with their dead soft bullets on top of magnum pressure loads of Unique, could smooth off those pesky lands and grooves for you with a nice plating of lead.

I have the gray boxes too. The white was for empty brass....the gray was loaded ammo. -Lee www.singleactions.com |

Actually, I just looked closer at the box on the right. It appears they may have used gray for empty brass too. All of my gray boxes though were marked as loaded ammunition. -Lee www.singleactions.com |
