Nov. 10, 1775 ... Tun Tavern, Philadelphia....
A few brave men signed their name or made their mark, agreeing to sweep the decks of enemy ships with musket fire, and serve as a landing party when needed ... they waited for a Continental Navy to be formed.
Some brave men and women still sign their name. Happy Birthday, Brothers and Sisters.
Semper Fidelis ...thank a Marine today with a "Happy Birthday".
