Hello Gents,
If I offend I'm going to apologize right now. Not my intent.
Are there any DA revolvers out there that are styled like the traditional SAA?
Or an SAA look with SA/DA functionality?
Any input would be appreciated.
Thank you,

Seems like High Standard 99 was double action also. The H&R Lee posted was briefly made in 32 mag but is mucho hard to find. Every thing else was rim-fire as I remember it.

Colt Lightening and Thunderer are first to pop into my mind.

You might want to look at Uberti's offerings as well.

Page Why would your question offend? You have gotten some good answers. A teacher whom I think was very wise once told his class the only foolish question is the unasked question. Frank

High standard made a "Double Nine" that was carefully styled to look like an SA. 22 LR or magnum, they even had a faux ejector rod that opened the cylinder.

Frank Well this forum being geared towards SA, I didn't want to step on any toes. To be honest I've been on a quest, looking for the best of both worlds. A classic SA look with DA functionality in a larger caliber (44MAG or larger). Own plenty of DA boomers and only one SA so far, a BFR in 45-70. Sadly it doesn't look like there is such a beast.

This forum is "geared" towards anyone that likes a big boom with the flick of a finger. There are such beasts out there, you are only limited by your desire and unfortunately money.
