Where's Waterboy? He's a BP sixgun killer and if I know him at all I'll betcha he has tested different mediums and bullet performance.

I have taken several deer with a 15" T/C Encore 209x50 single shot pistol. I liked it OK, but prefer to hunt with an iron-sighted revolver much more. Sold the Encore a couple of years ago and haven't really missed hunting with it all that much. Had a Burris 2-7x32 on it and it was a beast to carry around. Really fun to shoot, though. Good luck in your efforts.

I am going to be trying with a ROA soon. sending the cyliner off to Mr. Clements to have the chambers deepened next week. I think it will be great to try out. But I have not yet had a chance.
