From USFA's web site:
"The USFA forum has been deactivated and closed due to our new server hosting agreement which does not allow public access to our site as a potential pathway for hacking, spam, etc.
We will endeavor to migrate the topics and conversation to a special location in the near future."

How much hell were they catching over the shot revolver? And would that be a reason for them to shut it down. Just a thought.

Guess,they didn't like the ones that didn't own one (?). I don't own one,neither does Frank V.
Don't want to cause an argument here, but are the prices justified from USFA ? I haven't seen one up close, just in pictures. I would imagine the finishes are nice,so would be the reliability,as well as accuracy.

I can't answer that for you (as Jeff says) any more than I can pick out a wife or a puppy for you. But I can say this: I own several, and I plan to own more. To me, they are worth it - IF you can get them!

I kind of miss the USFA forum, maybe it'll be back. As for the quality of their guns, the ones I've handled are very well made. I'd kind of like to get a Rodeo 4-3/4" or 5-1/2" in .45 Colt & give it the antique look I've seen on this & other forums. I think that'd be a neat six-gun. However gun funds are pretty low right now. Maybe someday. Frank

IMHO, they are well worth the asking prices.

Several years ago I put off buying a Rodeo and bought a New Vaquero instead. Now I own 4 USFA guns. All .45 Colt. All wonderful. I carried the NV for a year or so but it is now really superfluous as I much prefer the USFA guns for a fixed sight solution. I still use Ruger FTs or the FA97 for an adjustable sight solution.
