Just got this today from a guy on the Colt Forum who calls himself Wyatt Brup. I had him make with an open toe so when I'm out shooting for the day with several SAA's I can stuff any of them into it and still have a nice holster to carry my 2" snubby in. Other than the size, hammer thong, and toe instructions I let him have a free hand in what he wanted to do. He did a great job

The grips are nice too! What are they made of and who made them?

The grips are nice too! What are they made of and who made them? The grips are ivory. I bought the oversized blanks from Nutmeg Sports and did all the work myself.

Wow, very nice. That's a great rig. How do you like the short 2" bbl on your Colt? I'll bet it's a dream to pack. Thanks for sharing. Frank

Frank, The short barrel is great, it's much nicer than shooting a 357 snub nose. It still makes for a fun plinker. I have not used this holster for carrying yet as I just got it. Up until now the gun has been carried in a coat pocket. Your gonna like that USFA shorty when you get it. Make sure you post some pictures and comments.

Rep1954 Sorry I'm not picture literate, I can send a picture email, but that's all. Tried to get on photobucket, but something went wrong & I'm not computer literate enough to sort it out. Gary did post a picture on the USFA web. Mine fits in my vest pocket & I've been taking it everywhere with me. I really like it. The picture is down about halfway on the web site, & shows a White Rabbit that didn't hide. Frank
