I think this is the first time Winchester has brought it back. Browning did a run in the 1980's/

I have a Browning 71 and it's pretty true to Winchester form. May still get one of the new Winchesters though. I've always had a thing for 348. Even built one on a Mauser 98 and modified the magazine so it'll handle the rims: -Lee www.singleactions.com

I plan on getting one. Always wanted a 71 and for some reason pass on the Brownings. I know they're good but I really want a Winchester.

I have been eye balling an original Custom Deluxe a shop for a bit. I have always wanted one and regret passing on a really nice CD when I lived in Kansas. Only $1,200 then...
