Dimensionally, it's a .500 JRH. .500 bullet, 1.396 case length

Not much of a rim. You could probably still headspace off of it in a revolver, but I agree the JRH is a better choice. -Lee www.singleactions.com

At first I thought the 17x56 would be a great thumper in a levergun but I don't think it would fit any existing action. Unless I'm mistaken, that's a .67 caliber!!! It's a lot bigger than it looks.

14.1mm = .555", nominally the same as the S&W and JRH. Aggie's right, it's a 1.4" S&W case, same as the JRH. That second one is slightly fatter at the base than a BMG case -- wonder what the parent could be?

The bullet is a tick over sixty seven calliber and the base diameter is a tick over .85.
The bullet could come from any one of the now quite numerous huge African repeating rifles but I would guess the parent catridge is from some anti-aircraft or aircraft cannon.
I it is obviously intended for hunting due to the soft-point bullet but it is too large for any action I know of, although I know the Chechs make a Barret semi-auto equivalent for the Russian .50 round.
I don't speak Chech or what ever language their standard is so I cannot serf Chech sites to see what turns up.
