I was out doing some shooting with a friend. sighting in a new to me R-77 International in 308. My dad pulled up jumps out of his truck and handed me a bag with a gun rug in it. Along with a birthday card and some ammo Inside the gun rug was this:  I'm not a big fan of ports or rubber grips but this 45 Colt Snubby does just fine with them. |

Nice dad! Always wanted to see what they were like. Just love the idea of a snubby 45. Got any idea about what load your going to use?

Good lookin pistol. How do you like that 77RSI? I have one in .308 that is my favorite hunting rifle. Short, handy and powerful.

Loads I have some 250 HPs to load up but initially some 200 JHP factory stuff I have laying around.
My 77RSI- I think will become my favorite rifle. I put a new 2-7 VX/R 30mm tube on it it's light and handy and easy to hit with. We were blasting foot ball sized rocks with it and a friend's G-3 at various distances. It is a natural pointer for me.
