I've always digged the look of short "Trapper" Winchesters, and the big lever loops. Well i just noticed that Winchester is bringing back the 1892 model Trapper, 16 inch, with a big loop! I'm thinking i might need one of these, in 45 colt, throw a Marbles tang sight on it, and what a great little mares leg it would be.

I always wanted a rig that that too. May have to check the piggy bank this weekend. Any idea when they'll come out?

16" barrel means you only need 10" to make it 26" overall to keep the Feds happy. The tang sight would be right next to your eyeball.
