Ok, on March 5th Sohn and Associates auction house in Evansville Indiana is having a 200+ gun auction including many tables of accessories and ammunition. Highlights include several Colt SAA,Lightening and Thunderer revolvers,several Smith & Wesson Schoefield revolvers,Winchester rifles-1886,1894,1892 rifles,Burnside Carbine,Smith Carbine,Springfield Trapdoor rifles,Vis-35 Polish Radom,SBH .44mag. 10.5in. bbl,and many others. Don't know, their auction-their rules. They are very nice folks but new in the FFL business and I would say it is a CYA issue.

The truly classic stuff (the SAA's,Schoefields,old Winchester leverguns,Colt black powder revolvers) are all from a single collection. The Winchester Model12's are from another and the M1's from yet another.
Ask your questions and I will do my best to help out or point you to someone at the auction house who can.

I am pretty interested in the Winchester .351 Self-Loading Rifle, I bought 4 boxes of ammo 15+ years ago for no good reason and I think its time I pick up a rifle to go with it.
