This guy even made a video. Wonder if he burnt a DVD to include with the gun He claims us arms bought the rights to the super blackhawk from ruger. Is that true? Abit steep on the price? Were AZ guns stainless steel or hard chromed? www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=216585141

Not really. Ruger almost took United Sporting Arms to court over the transfer bar. Eventually, they worked it out and the stamp inside the box refers to that part design. They never purchased the rights to the Super Blackhawk model though....and ya, he's pretty high on the price. That Seville typically brings $700 - $750. -Lee www.singleactions.com

Lee, were any of the US Arms "silver" guns that were made at any of the different locations, made with stainless steel or were they all hard chromed?

Silver Sevilles had stainless backstraps....none were chromed. Some Silver Sevilles were also fit with stainless barrel: -Lee www.singleactions.com

So were the later Abilenes the only ones that were hard chromed finish("magnoloy") instead of being made of stainless steel like the sevilles?
