Fort Worth gun show is going on over at the will rogers center in Fort Worth. I went yesterday, was a darned good show. I would say it was better than the last Market Hall show I went to about a month ago. One dealer friend commented that he had had such a good day he was ready to go home - at 11 am!. Saw a Bisley SS 45 for $460 and two bisley SS 44 mag Vaqueros both for around $650. Traded my .41 AE before I even made it a third of the way through the show. (incl brass bullets and dies, traded for an ATI 1911 commander) Picked up a GB purchased 10/22 FTF and saved shipping and transfer. (made it $150 gun!) And sold just enough 1911 parts to pay for admission for me and my girl, a coke and lunch! fwgunshow.com/ |

Not sure if it is still there, but in 1978, Ray's Hardware had more guns than any gun store I have visited before or since.
I was looking for a Colt 1911 45, and they had over 700 of them in stock!
