I looked real hard at buying that thing but I just have a hard time visualizing how a rib that tall would match up to a blackhawk frame. It appears to be much taller than the top of the frame and I don't know if I'd like to reverse taper it down enough to fit.

So.. we thinking that someone with tool and die maker skills took a one inch bull and made this barrel?

I imagine building that would take $400-$500 from one of the big name 'smiths.

With a dividing head and center, the rough shape would be the easy part. The polish with no flatspots would be the trick.......... . Then the match and timing......... |
