Just thought I would show off my Ruger 50th Anniv. 44mag and my Lipsey 44 Special now wearing elk grips.

Patrick did make them for me. I wanted 2 sets both a little different from each other. They fit really well on my Rugers. I like the looks of your grips as well. These are my very first elk grips and they are sure growing on me.

How hard is that Elk antler? I have a stainless 1991 I thought about Elk for a while ago, but it's a hard workin using gun and I was worried about them getting all beat to h#$l

Those are some nice looking sixguns Lee. My father is thinking about a set of elks for his stainless vaquero after seeing all these pics.
nobearsyet: I've never owned elk grips before so I don't know how hard they exactly are, but they feel like they should hold up great and Patrick's prices are very reasonable with a very fast turn around.
