They have come and gone here. May be one or two residual FT Bisley 44s in the display case. Call Larry's Pistol and Pawn in Huntsville AL 256-534-1000. Ask for John Hering. It can be very hard to get through on the telephone. John's email is: wildcat64@gmail.com

Lipsey's still has a handful of 4-5/8s, they are out of 5-1/2s. Phone (800) 666-1333, ask for Jason and tell him Boge sentchee. Hopefully there's a Lipseys-affiliated dealer close to you.
NEVER MIND - I just talked to Jason, and they are out of all barrel lengths. They will be getting more.

Jason; When the first .44 Lipsey Specials hit the market, I got the word a bit late. I had to get my dealer buddy on Lipsey's list (took a couple of weeks to qualify him) then had to wait until a later shipment occurred.
If you really want one, check to see if your dealer is a "Lipsey" dealer, then ORDER it through your dealer from Lipsey. That is the one best way to insure that you get one.
I consider my 5½" .44 Lipsey Special a SUPERIOR piece in every way. After a trigger job, you will think you have a VERY expensive custom piece.

Picked up a 5.5" in Columbus, MS last week. First one I had seen in the flesh. With Skeeter's load, as well as Elmer's and several other favorites, it shot extremely well. The only sight adjustment needed was a click or two up for POA impact at 50 yards. This is a well made piece in all phases. Even the trigger pull was above standard. All it needs now is some new shoes by Paul Persinger .

I did a 'poor man's trigger job' on my Lipsey Bisley 4 5/8" and loaded up a bunch of 200 and 240 gr rounds with Titegroup and have been having a great time at the range ever since. Amazing gun! Dennis
