JT brought up a good question in another thread. How many people here are NRA member. We all should be. My mebership number is 020401550 and proud of it. We all need to be.

I'll bet everybody here is a member.
I joined sometime in the mid '70's, upgraded to Life about 1980 and upgraded again to Endowment member in '08.

My dad was a Life Member and NRA Hunter Safety Instructor. He gave me a Life Membership as a graduation present when I graduated from nursing school in 1987. I am one of the few nurses in CA who became an NRA member before I was a CNA member (CA Nurses Association). Hence my member name NonPCnraRN.....not politically correct registered nurse belonging to the NRA. ;D

I've been a yearly member since 1980, I figure paying every year and donating to the ILA when I can works out pretty good for them. I probably should get a life membership and I tip my hat to those that have.

NRA menber? Absolutely! More important than me is the fact that my 12 year old daughter has been a Life Member since the year she was born...  |

Life member since 1980. But I am surprised at how many people in my gun club aren't members. I think a lot of them are in the "it'll never happen here" crowd. Or the "NRA doesn't do what I want" crowd.

Lots of clubs, like mine, are 100% NRA.... Proof of membership is required to join or to renew your membership.
