I found these grips for sell on a local website, went to look at them and he brought up 20 or so grips to choose from, I picked these up for $65.00, asked if he will fit grips to gripframes and was told yes and that I got lucky on the fit of these grips. anyway his name is Tim Perlas from Ogden Utah he can be reached at 1 253 508 3065

It's actually Tim Perkes from Orem, UT and he does make nice grips. He sells some over on the RugerForum.

Bisleyfan is right on both counts, I couldn't read his handwriting, but its Tim Perkes and Orem and yes the grips I got are American Holly. Anyway he's a nice guy that makes some pretty nice grips if anyone is looking. I think I at least got the Phone number right!

Yes you did; the number was correct. That's what made me do a double take.
Those Bisley grips in desert ironwood he's selling on the RF look awesome. Never considered that wood until I saw those. Looks like first classs workmanship to me.
