I picked this one up at our local Cabela's a few weeks back. It's quite a good shooter. I do not often come upon a gun that 'ol Zeus drools over, but yesterday he managed to mumble something like "let me know if you want to turn that one loose"...thus, I'm going to assume it's OK to throw a few pic up here in the SA area. It has a 10" barrel that seems to go on forever. Bob It came with a box and all the paperwork/tools

Nice .22. I wonder if it makes the IHMSA weight limit with that VH shroud?

Sure it does Ken, you just load it with lightweight ammo I don't know, it doesn't seem all that heavy. What is the weight limit for that category, 4 lbs or so? I don't shoot IHMSA so it wouldn't really matter to me, maybe that will be a sticking point for Bob and he'll have to let it go

My understanding from D.W. fans...the gun is well thought of by silhouette shooters. It was just plain 'ol cool so I dropped the bills. i do not shoot anything 'cept the bells, gongs & spinners out back.
I have other D.W.s but this is my first and only rimfire.

Thanks for the replies. I've really not had/made time to take it out much. The trip took out back right after I got it was convincing but I've really not "tested" various ammo brands/types yet. It's been too dog-gone hot and humid and I do not have shade over my benches.
I hope to learn more late summer or fall.
