The pics aren't great, but I wanted to post something. The OM 357 by way of angryman and Kings6 came with a serrated wide conversion trigger sharp enough to cut. I knocked most of it down with a dremel, then went to 400 and 600 grit before I Oxpho blued it.

Nice work, I smoothed up the one on my 45LC and spaghetti gun 44Mag with a round file and whitestone. Is that conversion trigger of the wide variety

I've never liked serrated triggers. Every S&W I've had that came with such trigger was either smoothed up or replaced. They all tend to cut the fingers. What are the manufacturers thinking? Sharp cutting groves have no place on any trigger.
That's an excellent smoothing job. Looks really good.

The idea is for when one is wearing gloves they make the glove stick and the gun doesn't move quite so much in the hand/the trigger fiunger doesn't slip off. It's stupid to me.

Personally I think the designer who came up with the grooved trigger was a latent psychopathic sadist.

Personally I Don't mind a grooved trigger on a single action gun... Never want one on a DA revolver though...

I make it a point of having all of mine smoothed, just feels better to me, it's like triggers and mainspring housings in a 1911, it's preference mostly.

I don't mind a serrated trigger but I always smooth them up a bit to remove the "bite"!
