I have some cast bullets for my new 41Sp, and was wondering about some powders for the combo.

169gr Cast HPPB    also  180gr Cast solid PB   check loads with the following powders:
H110 
2400
Longshot
Enforcer

41 Special case is 1.156 OAL      Both bullets measure .300 from base to crimp groove.

Hi Tex500, Sorry for the slow reply. I was in Deer camp when I first saw it and Quickload doesn't run on my phone.
I sent an email and asked if it would be a possibility to get a version to run in Android.
They said, not in their lifetime. Oh well, at least I tried.

I need the water capacity of the 41 spl case.
I size a case, put a used primer in, then get out an electronic scale.
Weigh the empty case,
Hit tare,
Fill the case with water to the top and weigh again.

Also, what is the max pressure we are looking at for the 41 special? 28kpsi?

The length of the barrel on your revolver would be useful for predicted velocities.

Not necessary, but the length of the bullets would be nice as long as I'm putting them into the Quickload data base.

At first he says 10mm Auto, then 10mm Magnum, so not sure on case capacity yet.
