I see plenty of threads on Pythons and Anacondas, and even the Grizzly, Kodiak or Cobra, but I don't see anything for the 22, if the 2A ever reaches MA it would likely be my first Colt since I sold my 38 police from just after WWII. So anybody have hands on experience with the King Cobra 22?

I have the 4” Colt King Cobra 10 shot .22, it has run flawlessly and is pretty accurate, I found a speed loader and ammo block for it , I use it for rimfire steel challenge, have had about 15 months. When I bought it the 6” was not available , my local gun shop has a 6” model that I keep looking at. Tough choice

I bought the 4.25" and more recently the 6". The 4.25" shoots great with ammo it likes. All rimfires, except my CZ Rifles, are ammo specific.
The 6" is waiting for it's turn at the bench...

Agreed on rimfire ammo sensitivity. I've traded off guns that only liked expensive ammo. Including a S&W 41, that was beautiful, with Olympic precision, and with it's favorite ammo it could often get almost three magfulls downrange before it was too dirty to keep going.
