One of my grandsons got a nice muley buck today. The cell phone coverage was kind of spotty so I don't have any other details other than he had pass on this same buck earlier in the day & then came back & took him later in the afternoon. Nice, heavy deer, with a neck like the Dawgs!  Dick |

Miss Penny would have questioned my sanity if I had passed on one like that the first time. But mule deer is her favorite wild game,, so NOT taking one would be inconsiderate of me.

That white stuff is popcorn, it got so hot all the popcorn popped & the deer thought it was snow & some of them froze to death......... I think Mason used a 280, might be wrong. His cousin got one much bigger last year on the same hunt but he was very happy & his wife was glad to get him out of the mountains.
