I'll shoot through these, give the cases a good cleaning, and make sure they get a full run into the FL size die. Current Hodgdon data shows 15.5 of H4198 as the starting load.

The taper is not like a funnel. Taper is very slight. It will only go through the receiver one way. Hate Vern isn't around to prod for a detailed explanation.
