This is the first one of these I've ever seen, in pictures or otherwise. These guns are Freedom Arms tight. The Silhouette models feature special sights and some form of what is generally known as Taylor Throating/Freebore. While a loooong hammer arc does require disciplined follow-through, I'd imagine in the right hands this gun is quite the performer...

I recall ?Bradshaw mentioning something about longevity issue's with some parts. The issue was in reference to use on the silhouette firing line, so for casual use it may not be a real issue.
That specimen is good looking though.

I passed on a 10" Virginian Dragoon years ago and still regret it. The price was right, but at the time, I was broke when it came to another firearm purchase.
