A blast from the past thing. Once upon a time I had the hots for an Ithaca Track Knife, but my match box car budget just wasn't gonna get it done. Next options up and a few years later, I was being offered sponsorship to compete in mens heavy tackle archery. A precursor to the 3-D that got popular. I didn't have my drivers license yet. I could ride my bike to an outdoor club and was a member, and Mom would take me to an indoor where the sponsorship was offered. The shop while in middle of a move had BIG mark downs and I was offered a choice of one of the Gerber Presentaton knives for less than the 75 bucks it was marked down to. A model 450, the big cocobolo over sized , finger grooved handle. I just found it in my basement ! And my hands still don't fit it ! LOL.. The sheath a bit fuzzy, but all good. Wonder what that thing is worth now ? I got some googling to do.

So a quick google shows them going for (EBAY) for 250-300 bucks. That would nicely cover the White River knife I've been drooling over for 2 weeks. Now I gotta find friend that does EBAY selling. Anyone here interested ? Gerber Presentation 450. Think cocobolo wood.
