What was the winning bid? Don't have an account to see. The fluted cylinder doesn't offend me, and this way you get to buy the grips you want instead of paying for what the prior owner wanted. One could always have an unfluted 454 cylinder made, if the money was right. The 5 shot cylinder was a bigger roadblock for me. Long debated here, I know, and a 5 shot 45 isn't wrong, but for my uses 6 shot oversized cylinder is more than enough gun. Bowen won't do an oversized 6 shot.... Trust me on this one.....  |

I tied the winning bid, which was a good deal, even after adding a few hundred for proper grips, but can't have em all I guess. Per our conversation, once I get it in hand I’ll bring it by your shop someday so I can meet you. |
