I have lots of gun's and lots of holsters. (duh) But for concealed carry, I pretty much use a simply rugged pancake. I bet I have 5 of them. Maybe more! The newest one i have is for my detective special. I went with a black one, with flower carving. When I strap it on in cross draw fashion, it tucks the gun in tight enough that it pretty well makes the but vanish under a light dress shirt. And this thing is very pretty too. I am half tempted to order a black belt with the same pattern. And Rob Got it to me 2 weeks ahead of the promised delivery date. Now that fall is here, and I will have a jacket on i will often pack a bigger gun. As a matter of fact, I am about to go get a breakfast burrito, and will have either my 3- inch ported model 66 or my Springfield SA-35, Cross draw in one of Rob's great holsters. I love Dr Mikes work too, and have very good holsters from lots of makers. But when I plan on belt carry it will most likely be in one of Rob's pancakes. And if you buy one with no carving or stamping you get enough change from 100.00 bill to buy a new shirt to hide it under! Thank you Rob...tj

I'll second that, though mine are for Blackhawks and N's so they mainly see duty as field holsters.
I have yet to try a Barranti but it's on my list.
