Well: I have been retired sort of for 27 years, Wow who would guess. Well I can see a big problem coming in the next year or two, I shoot mashburn bee and bee but the supply of brass is starting to get thin, last 50 brass I pick up was loaded Winchester 25-20. I'll Have to pull the stuff and at least I can use the bullets in a 25-06 weird. Have a nice day Don K.

Thank You I was curious, so had to look. I’m about ragged out at 77, so Mr. Don, you carry on Sir ! By the way, my first name is Don also, but if current conditions are any indication, I don’t think I’ll be worried about brass at 92 years. Good luck to you !

By the way, my first name is Don also, but if current conditions are any indication, I don’t think I’ll be worried about brass at 92 years. Good luck to you ! Well: Fathers name was Donald also I was not a Jr. Had another Donald work for me in the 60s as a crew member. One graveyard night he asked to be relieved (Done as if he had made the rules)to take a dump and get a coffee. A couple minutes later the supply officer walked in with people he had been partying with to show them the site. Asked where my controller was and next morning started dishing out Art 15s.I hope he enjoyed the barbed reply. I had extened my 2 hitch by 3 years and 7 months to get the school I wanted, cause the AF thought all wars would now be by push button?? They cancelled my school but would not let me cancel my extension?? My wife wanted to go to grad school so this sort of pushed me over the edge. This Donald was one of guys dropped over the cliff at Lima 85.Have a nice day Don K,

WHAT ABOUT 32-20 REFORMED TO 218 BEE? Difficult at best and doesn't work in all chambers. Starline had a disclaimer on their site regarding this procedure.

If it helps, there are currently 4 auctions for 218 brass on GunBroker.

I bought 500 Hornady cases on GB over a few months period of time. But the cost is not for the faint of heart. They averged a little over $2 a case when all was said and done. Went to the Miwall fathers day sale and found 5 boxes of winchester brass at $25 a box.

WELL: I lucked out several years ago when Midway put 9 Hornady bee boxes on sale. I had several hundred reformed 25-20 which were slowly giving up as they were reloaded. Reforming old brass even if annealed seems to have higher failure rates. My best results were with the new Hornady 218 bee. Have a nice day Don K.
