Scheels has reloading supplies

Stopped in Missoula today. Lots of primers. This wasn't all of them. 1,000 WLP for 79.99. Not terrible. Fair amount of powder, brass and projectiles too.

Yup the great reloading shortage appears over the, now if the price gouging prices would back down a bit. H4350 8lb jugs were listed at $450 or so when I saw them a couple of weeks ago.

I know we wont ever see the old prices again but some semblance of uniformity would be nice. Powder shouldnt vary $30 a pound depending on the shop selling it...

I don't think the shortage is over. But it is getting better. Still a lot of things unavailable.
As for pricing,, the new "normal" pricing is settling in with a lot of stuff. Everything has increased a lot. And the dealers who had to buy at HIGH prices are trying to sell w/o a loss. We are still a good ways from "normal" supplies being available.

And often,, it's a regional thing as to availability. Combine that with companies who have a contract with the manufacturers or distributors,, some places get stuff easier & quicker.

At SHOT,, many companies lock in a regular supply with a distributor for a year or two. Those orders get filled first. Smaller businesses that can't afford to buy the quantities a larger company can commit to,, still suffer.

But,, hopefully we'll see more & more of this.

I've not seen a display of primers like that in, well, forever. At least they are available to you.

Still no lp primers local to me. I've still got about 2000, but it's time to stock back up

Scheels always has the best prices, I went there a couple weeks ago, when those prices were 30% off, waiting for the next sale
