Put one of these on layaway a few months back. Wasn't my intention, but LGS got one for another customer who found one elsewhere before it arrived.
They were asking a very reasonable price, so I bit. They only gun I've ever bought with no intention of shooting.
Looking at them online yesterday, they're now $3000+ anywhere you look.
I knew they'd dry up fast. Only 750 produced, 15 per state. Collectors were bound to suck these up fast.
Curious if any other forum members bought one?

I changed the grip panels and screws on mine. It just looks better this way.
I put the original panels and screws in the box to preserve the gun's value.

That does look pretty sharp. I'm not big on engraved guns, but that is nicely done and not overkill.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of engraved guns either. But, thought this one might be a grab.
I don't expect to see many of them floating around...
