Walked into a favorite gun shop today.
In the used gun area was a pretty nice Colt Detective special.
An older one with the exposed ejector rod. I have bought and sold a few of these over the years.
This one was used but not abused. Checked wood grips with a bit of where on them.
I almost jumped. Cause it was 450.00
I just might go get it Monday.
I had my 3 inch model 66 on my belt with 38s. At the time.
I could swap out the ammo and shed about a lb. But the colt would be harder to shoot well for sure.
But it would easy to get my money back by selling it. ...tj
