It's definitely a little rough but has loads of potential. Are you going to restore it or use it for the base for something else. Myself I'd have to try one of Ronnie's new barrels and make something totally different. I'm definitely a little jealous. But it also has the very cool 10 inch barrel if inside of cylinder and barrel isn't trashed it could be a candidate for a duracoat or something like

While it may look rough,, those "hornpipe" barrels are known for serious accuracy. Clean it up,,, shoot it and see what it'll do! You may be very surprised.
I would have given $300 for it myself.

This is the Ruger S410N, aka Silhouette Super, Ruger’s first revolver specifically aimed at the IHMSA silhouette competitor. Standard tapered barrel, broach rifled 1:20”, but 10-1/2” long; standard ejector assembly, and standard ramp front sight, silver soldered. This was the revolver that turned the tide in the running battle between Smith & Wesson’s Model 29 8-3/8” and the Super Blackhawk 7-1/2”.
Any Super can be made customized. As Tyrone suggests, providing the accuracy its there, a Silhouette Super might be better cleaned up to shoot as-is. David Bradshaw
